Volunteers Needed and Appreciated.

Homeowners Association Purpose

Currently our homeowners association provides the following.

• Keeping residents informed about city regulations and requirements.
• Lighting at subdivision entrances.
• Maintaining the subdivision entrances.
• Family Fun Fair at the end of every summer.
• Donuts and cider for trick or treaters and parents on Halloween.

The overall purpose of our association is to keep a sense of community in our subdivision.
